- Apr 12, 2010 · For a .40 caliber breach face, I'd buy a Glock .357 Sig barrel. I'd personally buy the KKM barrels for the conversion barrels. The Glock barrels are excellent and tend to be cheaper. Unfortunately they don't make conversion barrels. I have been extremely happy with the accuracy and fit of the KKM so that is what I'd use if it were me.

Jan 17, 2018 · I have a G27.4 that I just bought a KKM .40-9mm conversion barrel for. I did so for the flexibility it provides me (2 calibers/1 gun). I took it to the range this last Friday and put 200 115 gr FMJ Winchester White Box 9mm through it. Feb 24, 2016 · 1 19 2016. For my G 30sf with KKM barrel I use MB cast 200gr rnfp, with 4.8 gr of AA2 powder, my col is less than for my 1911 but cant remember now. Now that the col is right it feeds flawlessly.At first I tried a reload from my 1911 but it was to long and the glock hated lswc.The KKM is worth every penny.

Both barrels have been almost flawless. I haven't had many failures even using cheap, weaker 9mm. I am using the G17 mags and I also went with the 11 lbs recoil spring because the .40 spring doesn't let the empties fly far and you end up wearing your brass. I would give my vote for getting any of their conversion barrels.

I've had good results with KKM. Picked up two of their 6" barrels for the G24, but in 9mm, and 357 Sig. I use them in a G22, Gen2, so there's some sticking out the front of the slide. Works fine though. I also have a LW 4.5" 9mm barrel for the same G22 Gen2.
